I have a Nest doorbell and it does do live and video records but the
doorbell itself doesn't ring 95% of the time. My son is having the same
issue. Both are in covered front porches.
Thank you so much for following up but I don't have an idea what the
release tool is and will have to ask my son to come and look at it.
He has a two year old, so his time is limited. I do thank you for trying
to help and will post any resolution.
I looked in "about" and it just says Nest Doorbell (wired). No quiet
time is enabled in the Google Home App. Sorry I'm not more tech savy but
I appreciate your help.
