I'm not going to reinstall it, I'm not taking it apart again. I just wanted to work. It's solid green not blue

I downloaded the nest app and added another person, when you click add, it takes you to Google home. You can't add somebody to the nest product from Google home app.

Incorrect, you need to be added in the nest app which directs you to the home app. Where it directs you to add them in the nest app
