I've moved on as well...went with a Netgear Nighthawk and haven't had one problem since

I factory reset mine from the begining and had no luck...same issues persist.

This is my issue as well...same setup and everything. I'm about to throw the router off the balcony.... All I want is someone to acknowledge this issue, give me a call to fix or push out an update.

How do I do this? From the home app?
