Same problem. Device updated and then bricked and Google won't replace
the unit. Their update bricked it, yet we're supposed to pay for a new
one to fix it? Disgusted with them right now.
Same. Software update seems to have bricked it (stuck on the G loader).
Waste of money and no replacement. Will cancel my Google Music
subscriptions, since they're now redundant. "Alexa, you wouldn't treat
your customers like this, would you?"
