PS I did factory reset all points prior to using the new chord and did
not resolve my instability issues. The new chord and block seems to be
the answer to my issue.
UPDATE: So after months of the network going offline I switched the
power chord to a hi wattage one rather than just plugging it into my USB
slot of my power strip/surge protector. Have a dedicated charging block
and chord... think they both support ...
I give up with the google WiFi points. Down multiple times a week still
despite a factory reset. Hoping Costco will take them back although it’s
been three yrs.
Been having this issue for the past 2-4 months now. Has been so reliable
for 3 years now it goes offline several times a week. Come on, Google,
get this fixed!
