If you are still under manufacturer warranty (2 years for 3rd generation in uk) contact customer service and they will take care with your issues. J.

Same problem here. No light, no output power to the thermostat. I tried to restart the heat link (30 sec pushing button) but there was no response. There is power to the boiler / hot water working as before.
