Thanks, that was very helpful and I was able to disable ambient mode. I'll have to wait to see if it works, I'm sure it will.

JeranThe problem that I am experiencing is that the Chromecast (with TV) switches into Ambient mode while I am watching a show. I can easily switch back but it is a nuisance. My question is, can Ambient mode be disabled (turned off)?ThanksSteveC1975
