Yeah it's pretty ridiculous, mine was out of warranty already but it's
clearly a known problem and they keep saying it's still functional. They
should at least offer a discounted price to purchase the new version but
nope!
I have the same problem, and support said they can’t help at all because
it’s not a technical problem. Can’t believe this happened after merely
three years, it’s not even a place people have to touch all the time.
