Hi @GarrettDS Thank you for the reply. I have disconnected and unlinked the thermostat and linked it back but it haven't fixed anything. So I assume we will have to contact Hive directly right?Thanks

Same problem here! it was working fine but now it's just "offline" so I cannot use the routines
