I have a Gen2 Nest Mini, when it powers up I just get 4 white LEDs light up & stay on. Google Home app on my phone doesnt find it.Ive tried muting the mic & pressing the centre for 5 seconds. I've also tried disconnecting the power, waiting 10 second...

Thanks Muddi. I didn't purchase it, it was a gift from Google! The photo got taken down as I removed it. As I thought a physical reset button would have been better, I bought a really inexpensive Gen 1 off eBay  That's working fine now.
