Half screen black and lines on Google Nest Hub 1st gen

Hi, my parent's google nest hub currently has issue with it display per photos below. Is there any way to trouble shoot or is this repairable? Thanks.

Hi Muddi, The issue started back in Aug 2021. The device was purchased in Dec 2018 in Australia. I have not tried resetting the hub. I can't check the firmware as the half of the screen which shows the firmware can't be read anymore. Thanks,Ziyen
