@Jeff @brad, shouldn't you guys pay attention to this thread. so many disappointments from your customer. Please bring your attention to this thread!

Since I toss POS google hardware. Why don’t you do google a favor by wiping your settings and trying the same method for the wan. If your isp allow it?

It’s not the LAN that we’re after.  It’s the WAN.  

I’ve tagged him already. It would seems that google doesn’t care. I threw away google nest and settled on Netgear Orbi. I will not buy another google product. Because their support is HORRID.

I would return it immediately. Get netgear orbi instead. Nest is horrible.
