Update: I was able to get a replacement under warranty. I used the chat
session in one app. They also was able to figure one my flood lights
camera going offline. Good luck everyone.
Wow, in the same as everyone here. I had windows replacement, contractor
misplaced the mount. They deducted 50 dollars to the bill. But now I
can't find one. Currently have it ducktaped to the wall..
