I wish there was some way to get a refund. The design is terrible. Are you happy with the wired version though?

So does that mean you essentially can't hardwire the doorbell? I'm having the same problem. The doorbell battery drains MORE now that it's hardwired.

I'm having the same problem. My doorbell was recently hardwired and the battery has been draining. It's only been a few days and it's almost at zero.
