Ours are the opposite. The router is offline, but our 2 WiFi points are
online and we're unable to manage any of the network. I truly hope this
isn't permanent behaviour and Google are no long supporting the Nest
I have been in touch with Google support, and apparently their Devs are
working on a fix, although I'm not holding my breath. I still can't
manage our router
I had to do a factory reset using the button on the unit last night, and
initially the network all looked good again. Speedtest and mesh test
worked fine, then this morning the issue is back. So don't bother
factory resetting them.
Same here in NZ. I manually factory reset my 3 units yesterday using the
button on the unit because I couldn't do it through the app and thought
something had gone wrong with the units. Immediately after setting them
up again everything looked fine, ...
