Hi Jeff. The issue is ongoing since March. Prior to this Google wifi provided speed similar to my modem. I have reviewed ALL the suggestions. Speed test results from my modem are at 96.7 DL 18.1 UL. Google Wifi is 14.5DL 18.2 UL. Extremely disappoint...

It's worse. It halved again. 

And your ISP is correct, it's not them it's Google. 

I have the same issue since March update (Aus). I had correct speeds prior no issue. Take them back. Google has no interest in fixing it.

No nothing has changed. Still capped.
