I have the same problem! If someone is breaking into my home I couldn't
tell because the videos are delayed. NEST app cameras are not a problem.
Only the 2nd generation Google cameras. Worthless for security!
I got the camera's set up just fine, but I cannot view them live. I'm

I set up cameras using two different locations that has different WiFi.
When you install each camera just use the WiFi at that location and add
the cameras to your named home account.
