The only thing I can tell you is that this issue was first raised almost
a year ago and the only thing that Google has said (through @Jeff) is
that they are aware, allegedly working and released a firmware update
which did absolutely nothing. Best be...
To be perfectly honest, if you're still able to get your money back go
ahead ASAP and get some other system. Some folks here recommend Eero, TP
Link, etc. No decent answer from Google in all this time means they will
simply not address this issue. Go...
There was a firmware update a few weeks ago which allegedly solved this
issue... but guess what. No news, this is definitely not a priority for
development, we are literally stuck and our friend @Jeff seemed to
vanish, unfortunately
