You actually have a common wire though. I do not that runs to the thermostat.

What happens when I don't have a common wire going to my thermostat? I'll attach a picture of control board from my furnace

I have had the same issue the last 2 summers without having a fix. I believe it's a software issue but it also may not be getting enough power since it started
