I already tried all this before finding this channel. The Google tech person hasn't a clue unfortunately.

Yeh I'm also in too deep and unfortunately cannot afford to switch now. My Dad's cheap Eufy system is looking pretty good right now.

Thought I'd gone mad. Just reinstalled all my cameras, and rebooted my mesh wifi. Then found this thread. I prefer my cameras on standard video at night rather than night mode, as it (used to) allows for better video when the security lights come on....

This is exactly what's happened to mine. I prefer using normal mode at night so when the security lights come on I get better quality video. And now I can't see anything on the camera at night
