Yes!! I had to take the nest off, and bought the Honeywell. I no longer use the nest because it does not work! Certified HVAC TECHS confirmed it, then the new thermostat proved it completely

That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. I switched my O/B wires to test as well, but it never worked. I guess if you have a chance, I’d be curious to know / see exactly how they have you set up now. Really odd to say the least.

I jumped the red, yellow, orange and green. this was just to test that the cooling still worked. This is a nest problem hands down. I wish they would stand behind their product. Totally disgusted. The Honeywell works perfect!!
