I’ve tried wiring it both with the conventional and heat pump
designations without successfully getting the cooling to work. I’m not
sure where to go from here. I have a unit outside and it seems like
there’s a furnace inside as well?
Sorry for not replying - that is how I had it wired. What fixed it, in
addition to the wiring, was figuring out I have a dual fuel heat system.
I’m not sure how that adjusts the phases in the heat pump but as soon as
I made that change in the setting...
