I just received my new Nest hub 2nd generation. But it's missing the sleep sensing. Where can I raise a request?

Thanks Man,I think it's because I am in Singapore. Would you know why it's not available in certain countries ? While I can use the radar chip in the pixel phone. I thought it's the same technology.
