I had purchased Nest wifi and point together from Best buy marketplace.I have not moved.

had purchased a nest wifi router and wifi point some months ago. I have been able to connect the router but the wifi point keeps giving me "this point was manufactured for a different country" I am looking for a way to fix this. Is this possible?
