I've also noticed that the ability to directly select presets in the
Google Home app has been removed. This change, implemented without any
prior communication, has left, we the users, confused and frustrated.

Same here, very frustrating, this basically takes away your happiness
every time you try to use it they way Google told we could use it. This
is not functional with this problem. Is there a way to claim a refund
