Why is there no way to correct Nest Aware when it "recognizes" the wrong
person? I got a notification that my wife was seen on the front doorbell
(odd since she's at work right now), and when I looked at the video the
person was clearly not my wife."...
Adding on to this, I have been unable to even follow the "delete the
image" advice given here. On both occasions where the incorrect person
is "recognized" the image shown in the face library *is the correct
person*, not the person in the event at al...
So, I still wonder what mechanism there is (if any) to correct it when
there is a mis-identification, but it's not particularly relevant to
this *specific* incident because it's nigh-impossible to find the
original incident in my Home history without...
