Hi Daniel, The issue is not with the control, but with the accessibility page. When you scroll down the list, you can't get to the other options because it returns back to the main menu as you scroll down the list.

Thank you for this. I actually factory reset and the issue still persists. Did you find a solution at all? Or should I try and download an earlier firmware?

Hey Jennifer, Thank you so much for your help. I think it turned out in the end to be a faulty system. Google were amazing and sent out a replacement thankfully!
