Issue accessing Accessibility settings on Google tv streamer 4k

Hey guys, 

I've been having an issue with my Google tv Streamer 4k settings. I'm trying to remap my buttons on my controller, but when I scroll down on the accessibility page, it exits the menu and abruptly puts me back either onto the original menu or the previous app.

I've downloaded the latest software update. 

This issue doesn't happen on my Google Chromecast with google TV. 

Any help at all would be really appreciated!

Hi @Ckl 

Glad you were able to download the latest firmware but sorry you're still having that issue with the menu problem.

Try just restarting the Streamer and see if that helps. Remove any unwanted apps too.

If you are still having issues, I suggest doing a full factory reset.

You can't downgrade to a previous version, you have no other option than to wait for another firmware update that fixes the problem 🤷‍

The issue was introduced with the latest firmware update and it doesn't get fixed by resetting the device to factory settings.

Thank you for this. I actually factory reset and the issue still persists. Did you find a solution at all? Or should I try and download an earlier firmware?

Hi Daniel, 

The issue is not with the control, but with the accessibility page. When you scroll down the list, you can't get to the other options because it returns back to the main menu as you scroll down the list.

I found a fix. If you change the language to English>United States it seems to work.

YES!!!!!!!! This has been driving me nuts for a while. Had to go back to the normal launcher. It wasn't letting me turn on my Projectivy Launcher. Now I can, all from a stupid language setting. Life is good again!

So the issue depends on the language selected, I use spanish and I don't have the issue either.
