I did this and it worked. Since then I have read that it is safer anyway
to aviod anyone from trying to hack into my network via a Nest product
anyway.
I have Nest Gen 3 stats on the Asus ZenWifi AX XT8 and kept having the
issue where the app kept dropping the connection with them on and off
and it was driving me nuts! I tried everything suggested here to no
avail, including rolling back the firmwar...
