Can't log into YouTube kids on child profile

I was having trouble switching profiles on my Chromecast with Google TV so I factory reset. I set it up again, added my child's profile with YouTube Kids Disney+ etc. Now YouTube Kids says I can't load profiles or sign in on this device. This worked ...
