Thanks Edward. I had missed it as it was buried somewhere in my email
and didn’t display in my inbox… another Google frustration that has
begin happening recently.
2 hours of troubleshooting with support and this replacement appears to
be a dud. It worked fine for a week, then went offline in the app, but
remained on WiFi, downloading update, etc.
After I configured the new Nest, established it in my account for a few
days, it went off-line in the app, but the device says WiFi is connected
and that it is associated with an account. Is this a known issue?
