Only Stage 2 Cooling

I have a Trane XL 18i Heat Pump with a Trane TAM 9 Air Handler. With the current wiring I only have Stage 2 cooling.. Where did I go wrong with the wiring? Not sure if the pic "Your System" is any help.. I don't and never will use Auxiliary Heat
