I still don't understand why it wasn't left how it was. I cast YouTube from my phone and I'm automatically signed in on the interface. Sounds like a simple idea.

I think you're correct that it's not recognising a profile is logged in therefore app settings are ignored.

I'm having the same issue. Only started a few days ago on my Chromecast Ultra. Whenever I would cast YouTube to the device, it would have my YouTube profile signed in along with suggested videos, saved videos, etc for me. Now, it won't show me as sig...
