Smarter Home device is always offline in Google Home

I have linked Smarter Home (by Kogan) to Google home. Device is visible in Google Home but always offline. Any ideas how to make device online? I have tried deleting it and re adding it, but no joy. I can control device from Smarter Home app.Thanks i...
