Google Nest Community

Have you tried removing batteries, reinstalling and retrying? I feel your pain on the poor support, but all of my nest products are now working with my iOS devices if that gives any hope 

Removing batteries and retrying was only thing that worked.

The nest iOS app crashes continually on both iPhone and iPad just after specifying Basement as location. None of the suggestions resolve.
