@Lance_L I filled out the form. I was already communicating with another
Google customer service agent via email. They said they would contact me
soon on March 2nd, but I have not heard from them since then.

that I should just throw away? Just after a year? Or replace it with an
inferior $15 product? No thanks. Lawsuit...
