My intention was not to blame anyone in this forum. Just venting the
frustration of this situation. Since those official feedback forums
don't give any responses, we're merely payers.
Class action, now there's something to consider about. I'm sick of this
spineless weaseling, not responding to PAYING CUSTOMERS. Browsing with a
phone is not an option for us who have poor near sight vision.
