MY NEST HUB WONT CONEECT TO WIFI BEACUSE OF MY COUNTRY?

i cant connect to the wifi the nest hub stuck on updating 0% after i did the installation.i saw some pop up that said that its wont connect to wifi in your country please help i bought it new
