N'est Audio stuck on 2 dots. Hard reboot not working

Hello! Coming back home after a few days out, I found the Nest audio on 2 dots. I rebooted it and didn't really checked on it, but in the morning it was stuck on 4 dots. I rebooted one more time, and it's now stuck on 2 dots as soon as I plug the pow...
