Temperature sensor is not correct

The thermostat is reading 85 degrees and it’s at least 65 degrees in here. I have reset. It won’t connect to WiFi and hasn’t in awhile but was still working properly. Now the AC won’t stop. HELP!!! I have reset the Nest and my router.
