No one here is getting any help. I'm having the same issue. I got a new
phone but kept my number. The system will not text me the code needed to
log in to my Nest thermostat account. I left another message below.
I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. There should
absolutely be a way to receive the code via phone call or email. I kept
the same number but have a new phone. Nest Support is nonexistent.
