I am in Switzerland (moved last year). My app is up to date; the Google Hub and the minis were purchased in the US before we moved here, and now the alarms can't be turned off b/c I can't access downtime/settings.

Hello. I am having this same issue currently. I run on IOS 15.5 and it's up to date.
