I finally just returned it to Home Depot. Super disappointed in the lack of support from google. I did charge it by plugging it in to my usb charger.

The battery is low because it hasn’t been plugged in until now.

Sorry, the notifications were going to spam. attaching photo of old thermostat wiring. Nest wiring: Y1, G, W1, W2, C, Rhhave since replaced with old thermostat because nothing was working to fix the issue with Nest
