How do I backup and restore settings and apps on a Chomecast w/Google TV?

The title says it all.I've done this before fairly painlessly on an Android phone.I'm sending my CCwGTV in for replacement. How do I clone its settings/apps to the new one?(would also apply any time the device gets a factory reset)
