Yes It's unfortunate. My WK7s in groups are completely accessible and
controllable, and also able to be played to easily in groups - as long
as I'm not trying to do it from a Google product (Home Hub, Nest Hub,
any Pixel phone).Any non-Google Android...
The device utility app is for multiple brands of products.I've used it
to complete activation/setup for JBL, Sony, Lenovo and LG (WK7) Google
Assistant speakers in recent history.
Also Google Pixel phones are more problematic, if you are using one you
will likely need to use a different Android phone/tablet, or an iphone,
to set up your WK7.
