Have you tried the steps from the support page for Double NAT issues? That finally did it for me, even though it seemed like it should be unrelated.

I had this issues, totally random device disconnects even though showing they had internet connection, inconsistent device statuses in the app, Wifi point would randomly lose connection to the mesh, though would still work as a smart speaker. I tried...
