I NEED to be able to see my Nest Aware History from my phone.

I have two drop cams. I also pay for the annual Nest Aware subscription. I need to be able to view my camera's history from my cell phone when I am at work. Somebody PLEASE walk me through how to do this? I am NOT a techy person. My 2 yr old grandson...
