I ended up spending over 2 hours on the phone with Google support and
they still can’t fix the issue. Apparently they have their engineers
working on the problem because they have no idea what the problem is. I

I am unable to get into Nest app, it just keeps going back to the login
screen over and over again. I am signing in with Google. If I type in my
email it gives me an error message. I have tried resetting my password,
