Ok so just as clarification when I show up again to the property with
the lock I can connect to the lock with my phone and unlock it or
restart it and get into the property? Is it just the home owner that can

So since my lock is offline currently I can’t unlock my door from my
current location. How will the lock become online to use the app and
turn privacy mode off and u lock the door?
I’ve also ran into this issue recently but I live 200 miles away from
the home with the lock and other people need in from time to time and
are unable to get in even with a code. How did you fix this issue?
