Google Nest Community

Hi, I managed to get hold of somebody on the helpdesk by phone & they manually sent me a link to reset my password. I guess next time I have to reset it I will find out if I automatically get one. Thks

I have checked spam folder, still no email from Nest to reset password. What do I do?
